Hong Kong Stocks Open Lower - Nov 9, 2004

HONG KONG, Nov 9 Asia Pulse - The Hong Kong sharemarket opened 0.14 per cent lower Tuesday, with the key Hang Seng Index falling 19.44 points to 13,542.05, as investors were cautious ahead of Wednesday, when China releases its inflation data and the US Federal Reserve's monetary policy board meets, dealers said.
