HK Exchange Names Two New Listing Committee Members

DJ HK Exchange Names Two New Listing Committee Members

HONG KONG (Dow Jones)--The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd., a wholly owned unit of Hong Kong Stock Exchanges and Clearing Ltd. (0388.HK), said Friday it has appointed Stephen Hunt and Michael Lee to fill vacancies on the Main Board Listing Committee effective immediately.

Hunt was also appointed to the Growth Enterprise Market Listing Committee.

Hunt is the deputy chairman of Cathay International Holdings Ltd., which has interests in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries in China. He is also the chief operating officer of Cathay International Ltd., which invests in infrastructure in the mainland.

Lee is the managing director of Hong Kong-listed property company Hysan Development Co. (0014.HK).
